This Privacy Notice describes how Neptontech Ltd. (“we,” “us,”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our mobile application (“App”). We collect crash reports, analytics, and performance data (all anonymized) to improve the App experience. • Crash Reports, Analytics & Performance Data: We automatically collect diagnostic information such as crash logs, device metadata (e.g., OS version, model), and usage patterns to monitor app performance and improve user experience. In some cases, this may be linked to limited user metadata identifiers (such as email and tenant id) to help us respond promptly and effectively to issues. Sensitive data is pseudonymized or anonymized where appropriate.
In no way, do we share or process any of the outlined data with any third-party service provider.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App’s features and performance.
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the App.
• Diagnose and fix technical issues.

• Consent: Where you have given consent (e.g., analytics tracking).

We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies in our App.
